WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

When your destination country is the U.S., you can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY: 4-7 business days.

Standard delivery is free for orders over $49. The discount applies automatically at the checkout.

During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

WHERE DOES post-service.net DELIVER?

U.S: We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington, D.C.) Monday through Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

PLEASE NOTE

Transit and delivery timing is up to the shipping carrier. We do not have control over packages once they leave our facility. On-time delivery of Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air®, and UPS Worldwide Express® is not guaranteed. We will not issue a refund if you're package is late or delayed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

TAX AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times, and shipping costs.

We ship to all regions on a DDP (freight paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

We ship to all regions on a DDU (freight unpaid) basis, which means that the displayed product price does not include all taxes and duties.

Once your order reaches its destination, you will be required to pay all import taxes, duties, and local sales taxes. After you place your order, we will send you an email seeking your acceptance of these terms.
